I don't get a "traditional" paycheck for the work that I do, but I sure do work hard. It's not easy living in this economy, particularly in a single-income family with dependents. Every penny saved will help our tomorrow. I have found many blogs that have helped me save money. Selfishly, this blog is my attempt at organizing all of the great sites, deals, giveaways, etc. that I found. But as an added benefit, I hope it will help others too. ...because every cent counts.
We have a very good dishwasher. We're lucky! The dishes get clean pretty much always on the first shot. This saves us time, work, money, and it saves water. Every once in a while though, we get water spots (they really don't bother me) or dried-on food, and some dishes have to be washed again.
