OK, I am a crazy sun-blocking mother. I know the value of a little sun... vitamin D and whatnot, but children do not need to be tan! And the sun is brutal, even on cloudy days! I dress my son in as much as I can to help protect him from the sun and I often get teased, but I make NO apologies for protecting my child from the harm that the sun can cause.
